A good build and health are not the same thing nor are they necessarily related to one another. In fact, anyone concerned about health would not become a superheavy weight. Your post would make more sense if you changed the word "healthy" to "vain." Every bodybuilder can appreciate that. Among the current crop, Slawek Orzell (on the right), Jon Anderson, and Sidorychev all have great builds

In the 275lb class, Doug Young, John Gamble, Ken Lain were all well built.
Doug Furnas also had a good build.
On the the Olympic scene, Anatoli Pisarenko was a brick @#^$house. Ken Patera wasn't that bad either.

Furnas was a god. Some of the biggest roundest quads ever.SUPERHEAVY Id say KAZ,but a guy that was underrated was Ted Arcidi. That guy was just huge with a big belly with deep abs sticking out and some of the biggest delts, pecks and triceps ever.

Yeah,Im going to give it a shot.My leg is finally growing and feeling a bit better[knee].Im going to work with Palumbo on the diet. Its hard.I didnt train my biceps[other then 3 sets of hammer curls a week]or quads for years.Everything was posterior chain and HEAVY HEAVY ab work. So,trying to change shit and make some parts grow and others shrink is very difficult.

I agree. Definitely the nod to Kaz. He's about 330-340 here and solid as a rock: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwBmeED2ksc
