Protein Shakes- Gas Stations/convient stores

i was at 7-11 tonight and i go to grab an icetea and some munchies w/ some friends knowingly nothing has any protein let alone decency I was feeling guilty  :-\ and.......BAM :o!! a row of MUSCLE MILK appears :D,     hidden on the bottom right row ;D  i thought i was seeing things!  :o are  RTD's going MAINSTREAM?!!!     :o :D ;D  This could be a new trend!  :o

they got thoes low sugar detour protein bars by me. They taste pretty good.

Yea but they're WAAAAY over-priced, and sometimes expired.  I just pack myself a protein shake or two.  Much cheaper.

didn't this infant bash start as a conversation about RTDs in a convinience store? ...

personally I always have a dry shake (just add water) or 2 with me...  i used to occasionaly carry protein bars but i can find any with enough  protein and a good caloric breakdown... christ i picked one up the other day that had 24g of FAT... WTF is that about...
