I see him from time to time in the gym (La Fitness in Pembroke Pines), nice, quiet, trains hard with good form. Good luck to Toney.

Toney has always had one of my favorite physiques. I always felt he deserved better placings. It's just that the competition is so tough at these shows that he tends to get lost in the shuffle.

Tony got alot of props on here this past year. That pec seems to be healing. I think that was the only reason he was held back. The get gets screwed big time. Look great!

I forgot all about the pec.. gee its heeling well, barely noticable in that shot... I bet Federov wishes his would heal that well.

Now I don't feel so alone in this cold cruel world. I want to clear a few things up. I no longer work with ALR haven't since 03' NOC. We still cool though, what up dogg!! I'm now working with Tony Aponte out of Seattle. We met May 05' and officially started working on this Dec 05. The results speak for themselves. I currently have a website under construction will release the name soon. I also can be reached at www.thenewpeacesymbol.co m and of course www.vpxsports.com.

I'm having so much fun in the gym because one I feel really good and two I'm finally reaching my potential.Yet maintained my lines. Now in AUG-SEPT. I WILL BRING IT TO THE STAGE!!!

I definately agree. However if I were T3 I wouldnt sweat on it being 2006.. 2006 is a foregone conclusion.. I would concentrate doing the damage (competitively) in 2007

you raise some valid observations Bast175 ... I do believe that his strengths outweigh those weeknesses, remembering that every previous (and current) Mr O has had their weeknesses that they shield/hide/minimise infront of the judges.. Lee Haney, had the same weeknesses as Toney Freeman.
