Toney looks great. I saw him at the Arnold expo and he was without a doubt the most impressive pro in person.

pathetic his calves are not. they are huge but he has blak mans calves but they are separated and dont look so outtta place as ronnies twigs.

Ever year Toney seems to look better and better, every "weak spot" he had he has improved upon. I believe it was 2yrs ago or so in flex Toney said within the next 5yrs or by the time he was 40 (i don't remember which?) he could be the next mr O. after Ronnie, he seems to be coming in under the radar like Ronnie did before he busted out big.

I think the same thing. Unfortunately the system is fvcked. It seems to me you get judged once in the IFBB and that perception stays with you for life. The knock on Freeman (was) is he needs more upper body size and a torn pec. The pec Is looking better and he HAS put on a shitload of size. But come contest time it's like the judges don't even look at the guy, they say "oh yeah, Freeman...bad pec, needs size.....6th place." And it's not just him it's with everyone.

Besides Gunter, and Paul Dillett, Tony Freeman is the next Giant of the IFBB. it's time that a big man gets the Reward, too many Dwarfs in the Ifbb.

I think if he comes in shredded with the size he has now they can't place him out of the top 3 (in a show other then o or asc) unless 3 other top guys are at their all time best.

I think Toney only has one flaw.

The pec! If he can heal that and rebound like Levrone did he has a great shot at the title. If the IFBB was going to judge contest fair that is. He has a great x frame awsome aesthetics and is tall. His calves are weak but so what they are better than the current Mr O's. His forearms have low insertions but they look fine to me. They do not look lacking in shots. I think he can address these issues (calves and forearms)and make a solid push for the top tier and at the least a major show win. I don't think anyone would have a problem with a career best Freeman taking a big show. Guy is vastly underrated!

15 lbs of mass in the right places with his best condition = unbeatable after Ronnie is gone.

I know with the increase in size - Toney has focused on increasing his size of the forearms and calves and we saw it on May15th at 300+

He is hard at work and will continue to be a major force in Augustn and Sept.

Only problem is he is legit 5'4.

Haha I chuckle every time I think of this dudes monster attempt to make himeself really wide as he cannot make himself tall. Short jacked dudes are a dime a dozen.Not a knock on the shorter fellas but come on. The tall guys are impressive!

Ha ha yep! I have nothing against short guys. But this guy is the typical know it all. I just want to yell across the gym " It ain't hard to add muscle when you are 2 feet tall". He told a kid at my gym who wants to compete that he should only do pull ups half way to maximize lat width....

The kid weighs 163 pounds and is 5"10. I went over to the kid when mighty mouse was yakking some crap at another kid and explained to him to purchase Arnold's book and join a bodybuilding site like Getbig. I then told him that guy was full of shit and he should be doing full ROM pull ups and concentrating on eating a ton plus heavy compound movements.
