But if his only goal is to hurt you financially King won exactly what he wished to do.

If he does sue you, your going to need to hire a Lawyer and his pockets are alot deeper then yours.

Either way this will have a HUGE negative effect on your $300 dollar website business.  Hate or Love him, King has far more of an audience and respect in the BBing community then you.  How much more business do you think you can generate now.  I think this is why he gave Lift the props, again to hurt your business.  One way or another this will cost you alot of coin.  Just to have your say in the courts is going to cost you.  I think that this is going to hurt alot more then beating you up.  I actually feel sorry for you.

Personally I wouldn't post my pic for Jack on his website because I wanted you to have absolutely zero personal information about me.  What you did to Laura shows what you do with it.

Weedouttheweak must think this is a wetdream.

*Kamali has brought in legal expertise who's reviewed material which Kamali claims can be tracked to 240. This material is supposedly racist enough to hold for going to court and charge defamation of character.

Honestly, if King actually goes through with that it will be pretty stupid of him. They are comments made on a message board.....let's put it in perspective. No need to whip out the lawyers. Also, King has definitely had racist comments made about him here, which I strongly disapprove of....but never by 240. Rob has his faults, but racism is not one of them.

To be fair a long time ago when King posted on here, I am pretty sure he posted things far more foul than anything Rob has ever posted. I could be wrong, so I will have to ask others that have been here since maybe 2002 or so if anyone from then is still on here.

Anyways, if I am wrong, sorry, but, I seem to remember him being incredibly brutal on here and I have an excellent memory.

Any help would be appreciated I imagine by Rob.

assault is any act that causes one to feel threatened by perception that it can actually be carried out. it doesnt need to be qualified in any way. (i.e. what are you going to actually do etc....).

then there's stalking and also priveledged information (i.e. giving out info from websites)..and on and on.

king hasnt a chance. we can go Waaaaayyyyy back to the early days when KK abused EVERYONE here....and Chick was right by his side.

this is the height of intimidation and borders on the same premise that the US deplores...terrorism.

any american worth his pinch of salt should take a stand against this guy. 240, if you have to, get the lawyers in...if you win, and i predict that you will, he will be liable for all of your costs, plus his own, plus the courts.
