1 people beleive in overtraining especially naturals. which is fucking wrong. ill use a quote albiet from a drug user "no such thing as overtraining just under eating"

ill come up with more reasons later but it is late and i must get my pretty sleep...ive gained some mass in a short period of time with switching my diet around to provide more energy. the "transformation" of dave tate inspired me to eat big once again but keep activity levels higher than ever to ensure all food gets utilized and stored in the muscle instead of subcutaneously my neegas... i have to bring up my calves big time but the bike is helping with that

from my experience of being in many different gyms for 11 years.. the people who brag the most about being "natural" are usually the ones taking alot of juice... they just dont have much to show for it, therefore they brag that they are natural. thats just my experience.

no freakin love in this thread. im gaining a solid 10-15 pounds of muscle per year. im gonna shoot for 20 pounds this year since i know better how to eat. so at this rate 5 years ill be smakin around gunter and tony freeman for the top olympia spot

you have a nice body but nothing great. its very achevable to the average person. if you are 6'6'' then it may be a lil harder for you cuz your so tall. best bet is to bulk up more. at 6'6'' i would expect you to weigh in around 275 at least
