What where some of his best lifts? Wasent he supposed to be strong as all hell?

he was fuckin bulky as when he was younger, you'll notice, then he refined down to a harder casey.

not that i give a fuck but he did look pretty badass ey.

there's a write up over on history and stories about the colorado experiment. Now wether the actual results were legit or not, rumor has it that Casey dieted down and lost a ton of muscle before the begining of the experiment..the lifts that are described are waaaaayyyy impressive. I don't see how you can read about some of those sessions and not get pumped up. Casey trained his balls off...

He was very sick before the experiment. Thats how he got down to 166 pounds.

I had actually read that he had cut off a finger working in a shop or something and had not trained for some time. When he was offered the C.E. he was given an "incentive" that stated that for every pound of muscle he gained he would get "x" amount of money so he crash dieted to get as low in BW as he could.

arnold even said that casey was the strongest bodybuilder he ever trained with,hows 35 reps on the incline with 315 suit everyone?casey had some of the best forearms in the game imo

Viator has some of the best genetics ever imo. I know during the colorado expirment he was way down in weight due to illness. But muscle momory or not the amount of mass he gained and fat he lost in that 4 weeks was crazy! It was like gained 60 lbs of muscle and lost what 15 lbs of fat!? With the amount of training he did that is one impressive feat!

I believe he was around 225lbs I bet he was a lot stronger than a LOT iof guys his size .

That pic from when he was 19 is just sick! I think Viator had a awsome physique. One of the strongest dudes no doubt! I think since he really got into HIT and training with machines beyond failure with Mentzer that is why we did not see more of him moving massive poundages.

not to get off the subject but i saw casey in the audiance at acouple ultimate fighting events about 6 years ago or so,he still looked pretty thick

Someone on IronAge was talking about how most of those training photos were fake. His best bench press was actually in the mid 400's. Still an insanely thick and powerful looking bodybuilder.

Ya i did think the 500 lbs inclines seemed a bit much for a 225 lb dude but hey a mid 400s press ain't no joke. He is supposed to be insanely strong??!! Kieth have you ever been in a gym around Casey. I know you knew the Mentzer brothers. Did they ever mention him?

Brian are you a member at Ironage? If so can you start a thread asking about his strength claims when you get a chance? I was banned from that site.
