In all my time here I've never once seen Mike attack any other member or pro, or even reply to one of the many made against him on these boards. There are very few people that can lay claim to this.

Mike made an amazing transformation and showed all of us his progress.

I see you haven't been here long...Mike did his share back in the day. I must say the arrival of Cheri seemed to coincide with Mike becoming the better guy. Always takes a female ;)

Yeah,we made it happen alright..It must have been all the pizza I was eat'n while you were starving....or maybe it was the flamming hot cheetos(MMM MMM GOOD).. :)  Mike,you have my utmost respect man...I wrestled for a lot of years when I was younger,so I know what it is like to bust your ass while eat'n like a bird....but never for the length of time you did,shit man go back through these threads and watch your own progress and the before and current Mike pics.Incredible dicipline.GOOD JOB.You have a lot to be proud of.

ive competed but it hasnt been since 2000,can i still get a star?im going to compete again but not till 2007 cause i need alot more work to get back in shape,heres a pic of my trophy from taking 3rd place in the red brick gym 2nd annuall bodybuilding competition in newark new jersey,i was heavyweight

ill take a closer pic of the trophy so the name is clear,that round metal isnt a bodybuilding metal its from something else but it kinda looked cool on the posing statue

believe it or not i actually moved that trophy about 2 weeks ago cause it was blocking that picture on the wall,now the trophy is in my bedroom on a shelf
