I gotta give Mike credit for losing all that fat and keeping his sanity. He must've felt pretty vulnerable walking around 80 lbs lighter and having guys mess with him. Hopefully he doesn't return to FatCow status.

here's a little help Mike Arvilla is a natural bodybuilder that isn't big or dense or striated or any of that other fancy shit. BUT he's scrappy and he managed to place even though he lost to everyone in his class.

When you competed you needed steroids, and even though you put on a bunch of muscle, and beat people in your class you still didn't place

maybe you can learn a thing or two from MIKE, huh?

now you're thinking. It's crazy once you realize that all this time people have been confused about what BB is about. You don't need size or shape, just determination and you can place without even beating other compettitors. All this talk about ownings and dwarfing other compettitors, it's all irrelevent. Even the skinniest guy that loses to everyone else can place if he knows what he's doing. No steroids required.

i think mike suprised alot of people with his transformation,i know he suprised me anyway,im using his transformation to help me stay motivated on my diet cause mike clearly had to suffer somewhat to acheive that level of conditioning,mikes the man of the month imo on getbig
