The forearm doesn't look smaller but the bicep and tricep does. I can't tell if it's the background though, I check again.

This take a few days ago when got I got up, so I am flat but you can see the arm is fine.

That picture shows clearly that your left isn't smaller, in fact the peak on your left looks a little bigger than the peak on the right in that picture.

True. Pics are a quick moment in time so if you are not quite right it can look off.

Hard to say. Every year my weight has changed so much, but I would say 215-220ish.
