5:00pm(Pre-Work Out): 1 Pack oatmeal, 1 Scoop Protien, 200mg Caffeine, 8mg Eph, 1 Pill Kre-Alkalyn.
7:30pm: 1 Chicken Breast, 1/2 Cup Rice, 1/2 Cup Greens.
10:00pm : 2 Scoops Protien, 1/2 Cup Skim Milk.
