What do you think of this diet for cutting.

7am: 8 Egg Whites, 2 Pieces Whole Wheat Bread, 1 Pill Kre-Alkalyn (creatine), 8mg Ephedrine.

10am: 1 Chicken Breast, 1/2 Cup Rice, 1/2 Cup Greens.

12:30pm: 2 Scoops Protien, 1/2 Cup Skim Milk, 10g Glutamine.

2:30pm: 1 Chicken Breast, 1/2 Cup Rice.

5:00pm(Pre-Work Out): 1 Pack oatmeal, 1 Scoop Protien, 200mg Caffeine, 8mg Eph, 1 Pill Kre-Alkalyn.

7:30pm: 1 Chicken Breast, 1/2 Cup Rice, 1/2 Cup Greens.

10:00pm : 2 Scoops Protien, 1/2 Cup Skim Milk.

I'm about 6' and about 227 Lbs now, and turning 20 in like 3 months.

looks good, I'd include beef & turkey for atleast variety

*Drop the milk and bread...especially the 10:00pm milk
*No pack oats...real oats better
*Go with oats in place of bread.
*10:00pm shake, is it casein? If not, go with whole food...eggs are a good choice for this meal
*You might think about making one of your meals lean steak, in place of one of the chicken meals.
*I'd go with my 7:30 meal being another shake w/Gatorade (powder form) or dextrose powder and then have the whole food meal 30-45min later.
*Taking Fish oil?
*Protien powder non-concentrate?

I actually got no fish oil in my diet right now.....
and I thought red meat every day wasnt the greatest thing for you though ???
But yah will cut out the milk and bread just got a few packs of oatmeal left to kill before ill hit up the straight oats, and ya my Optimum is a concentrate.

Definitely get some fish oil caps and next time you buy protein I'd opt for the isolate versions.

As for the red meat, you don't want to over do it, but something like 4-5oz per meal around 4-5 meals a wk will greatly benefit you...especially in terms of holding on to muscle while leaning out.

What are your gaols with this diet? What's its purpose?

Well liek i said im 227 i was 235 not to long ago and im 19 turing 20 soon and ive been bulking up not fast but slowly over the past year and i wanna shed away as much fat as possible. I want to see what i look like at 210-215 to see exactly what im dealing with muscle wise, see what muscles really need work and what not. Because I love the sport and i wanna see how serious I can get with it, mainly if it looks like I got any potential or not hahaha. Because been traing past 2 1/2 years, past year has been the hardest and most knowledgible so far though. But yah mainly i figured its about time i start to cut a little.
