hahaha,  Mike Arvilla should be your bodyguard.  The problem with that is he'd have to protect you from his girlfriend too.  hahaha

me and laura made nice.

And Rhino said that even in contest shape, he'll play bodyguard at the NOC.  Of course, I'll be sitting in "The Jungle", the reserved section for Rhino supporters, with niceRacq and other various groupees.

One of the IFBB contests that I have attended that I consider one of my favorites is the Ms Olympia & Fitness Olympia that was held in New York City in November 1997.

How many of you remember those two contests from that year?
