Awesome video, Rich was my favorite when I started bodybuilding....still have some of the old mags from the very late 80's and early 90's with him.  It's too bad that training videos were not a big thing back then, I think it would be awesome to see him train all out.  Many have said that he was one of the most intense bodybuilders in the gym.

Not the best genes, by any means.

Incredible work ethic.

Way ahead of the pack with regards to conditioning, christmas tree, and shredded glutes, vascularity second to none, things other guys didnt know were posible.

IMO, juiced up to the gills, way more than the rest, its just the type of intense character he was, everything to extreme. Dude must have been chemistry wizard.

If he was competing today, most probably fall under gh gut category.

Did good for bb though.
