over about 17 5/8" cold flexed. def improving. dropped dips 4 a while due to injury and started doin inclines. i know not big deal but can incline the 110's i think they are after session for a couple sets of 8.

Goudy pisses all over True Adonis. He has superior muscle shape, a more aesthetic frame, and looks leaner than TA even in the offseason. His lat spread and front double bicep poses are outstanding, and those are the poses which will expose any weaknesses in a physique. TA is built like a monkey, which is why he keeps posting photos of himself OVER AND OVER AGAIN doing the same lame ass poses.

I could easily see Goudy being a ripped 240-250 drug free once he gets his legs bigger. I could also see him totaling 1600+ within a few years if he ever wanted to get serious about powerlifting. He's already deadlifted over 500 with almost no leg training. I'd say he's at least 15 years away from reaching his physical peak. Adonis will probably be in an insane asylum 5 years from now.
