{LOL} I'm in Ontario. Being topless in public is fine, ...but I could get arrested for wearing just the T-shirt.

We hit a high of 38 degrees yesterday, but the humidity was so oppressive, it felt like 47 degrees with no breeze in sight. We're supposed to get some violent thunderstorms & lightening storms later today though, ...so hopefully that will cool things down. You know where I'll be... hiding under the bed.
