Over the last few months I have enjoyed the free associations and messages of positivity more than anything else about Re: delete.

Today, 2 hours from now I will be facing my enemy once more in court.  Today decides the next 15 years of my life and how they will be effected financially.  I have already come to the conclusion that things very well may go negatively for me.  Sadly, it's not due to my not having a pointed legal arguement or the other side having no justification for this litigation and case...It's due to a system in our country that has been developed on the basis of exploiting good fathers for the deeds of the deadbeats out there, and the ability for those with the larger share of custody of a child to be able to work that system.

Re: delete has faught this battle since before his son was born as 3 months after his birth, the divorce began.  Re: delete has conquered every obstacle put before him and proved beyond doubt the type of man that he is.  Re: delete has followed through on every obligation and will continue to do so with a knowing smile that in the end there will be some sort of vindication for the wrongs that have been done to him along the way.

Re: delete believes in the power of prayer and has experienced miracles in this lifetime due to faith, prayer and forgiveness of his sins.  Re: delete humbly asks that those of you who care in any way about your own children simply take a moment at 2 PM east coast time today to send a positive thought, prayer or wish his way.

I may go down in flames as I have done so in the past, yet I know from experience that what today seems like an earth shattering event is truly nothing more than a blip on the screen of my life.  The bigger picture, the forest through the trees is always what is on the mind of Re: delete.

Thank you my friends.   :)

Re: delete knows that the gem is not polished without friction, nor man perfected without trials.

I just read this and am praying for you right now and will continue to do so for about the next hour.  It's 1:22pm Central Time.  But God is not under the rules or confinements of time.

I want everyone to know that if they have any prayer requests ever, to PM them to me.  I will keep everything confidential.  Also, you can be as vague as you want in your requests.

YoMama...please let us know how it went.

We were in Arbitration at the end of last year and continuing into this year for stating a true fact on a legal form regarding a former employee.  He sued us for defamation.  We merely stated a fact on the document and he sued us and "won."  But not really, because he received about 10% of what he was asking for and now he is under investigation for past indiscretions of his that came out during arbitration.  The fact that he was awarded ANYTHING from us makes you wonder what God's plan is because all we did was state a fact that HE ADMITTED TO IN ARBITRATION!  The system can be so bizarre......I pray you receive justice today .....I believe our justice is still on it's way.

Re: delete understands that discretion is the better part of valor and that swinging for the fence will more likely than not end up in a strikeout, while a bunt will most likely advance the runner.

A moment of opportunity arose prior to going into the courtroom, a moment to negotiate.  In the end after 3 hours of back and forth, I agreed to what will amount to $200 a month increase after all is said and done.  Had I gone into the courtroom and lost, I could have been facing a $1000 a month increase, plus immediate arrearage of about $8000 to deal with.  She was facing an instant dismissal if I won.

A bittersweet victory for Re: delete was had as, as we wrapped up, I was told to expect to be taken to court next month to this time try to take custody time away.  The threat was over our son now starting kindergarten and her feeling that I live too far away and thus it will be a hardship for him to make it there on time.  Meanwhile I have been taking him to day care for the last 4 years at a distance further from my home than the kindergarten is  ::)

Should this come to pass Re: delete will be armed and ready with reams of documents, emails, etc. that I will finally be able to unveil that display the anger and attempts to do nothing more than frustrate my custody share.

I thank you all for your wishes as I do believe that in some way the positive energy was delivered and helped to effect the outcome yesterday  :)
