Bodybuilding legend Flex Wheeler's last quest for Mr.Olympia in 2002 included gut wrenching workouts - Steriod Free! Ever seen someone dumbell curl 185 lbs? Leg press 1000 pounds? These guys did and it was amazing. A documentary was shot at Gold's gym in Venice California, this was the trailer.

He didnt dumbbell curl it..he used his knees to get the weight up...damn I was hoping to actually see Flex actually dumbbell curl it like you had advertized, Naked4Jesus :(

David Henry said he did 130 pounds tricep extension for reps so maybe Flex could do 185 for curls.

Looks as if he was going to shoulder press them which is still impressive. I can't tell if they are 185s though.

i think the jackasses at youtube mistook cleaning the db's up to the chest for inclines for curls.

I actually bought that set of Black FLEX pulleys from golds venice (the ones he does lat pulls, rows and xovers on).

Cost me $1400

Sold them for $4700  ;D

I've seen the video of Dave Henry's 130lb tricep extension, and it had about a 1'' range of motion. And nobody could curl the 185lb DB's, a few people could cheat curl them however, but Flex ain't one of them.
