he eats alot but all he does 6 days a week is train he lifts in the morning and does his strongman trainning in the evenings not to mention his running and swimming he could get away with eating whatever he wants and still stay fit unlike bodybuilders who eat a ton inject insulin to get fat workout for about 45 min (offseason) and stay away from cardio

Ha ha you guys act like his diet is sooooooooo terrible. The guy is a exercise machine! I guess people on here have forgot how the average fat ass eats that does not work out!


I am not saying that a good balanced diet is not key to bodybuilding. But these fools who have a heart attack if they smell a candy bar make me laugh. Most of em look like horse shit to! Just so they can claim to be body builders. If some dingle berry ever whipped out tupper wear at a dinner I was at I would slap them across the face! Order some chicken you fag!

I have found eating 4000 brutally clean cals leads to one thing for me other than eating 3300 moderately clean cals...Extra body fat since i don't need those extra cals! Imo like Adonis and bast have stated some of these guys look wayyyyyyy to much into diet! Eat clean ya but 3000 super clean cals with say 200 grams of protein isn't gonna do much more for u than 3000 moderately clean cals with the same protein sources and count.

I have ate some form of shit calories every day since i got sick of thinking I was a bodybuilder..... EXACT SAME as when I ate super squeaky clean! If you cant get away with eating a candy bar or some pizza every now and again in moderation bodybuilding aint the activity for u!

Moderation is the key. To often once you cheat, you keep cheating and it catches up to you. But if you tame yourself then it's fine.

I can't see the bacon thing being a daily meal, he must like it. Snickers and other stuff I see alot of powerlifters do such things, for extra energy and avoid crashing his body just burns it off like no other

yeah, if he's a lean 290, trains for WSM, and indeed runs 5 miles a day, he's got to burn up an incredible amount of calories.  Toss is the gear and i don't think a little chocolate will hurt him.

The diet is horrible. Way too much sodium, saturated fat, and nitrates. Not enough fiber. Hardly any vegetables. You'll kill yourself of heart disease or cancer with this diet. He had a DWI and killed someone in a car wreck so he probably drinks too much too. Dumb pollack.
