Not really, he has a fast metabolism and has to slow it down a bit, the junk food helps. The strongest athlete in general (there are exceptions of course) do not eat clean. they instead eat well, and add junk to top off their diets.
I personally eat ice cream and candy just about every day and I retain single digit body fat levels.
Also the sugar helps with strength training, I'm not going to go into why but it does. The insulin surge caused by the sugar increases uptake of protein and glycogen, a draw back is the fat gain.
But this fellow jumps rope aggressively, and lifts often enough to ultilize the sugar for energy and muscle gains, after all he's not sitting down all day typing in the computer.
