Diets clean, more calorie controlled than anything, about 22-2500 per day and about 10lbs to go and I'm in no hurry 8)!

Ground mass is the type of muscle mass Bast builds up. not many can say that. it's the very thick grainy solid muscle mass combined with vascularity and thin skin.

Diets been clean for about 8 weeks and hitting cardio. I shed 15 and have about 15 to go.
and keep moving!
