2004 wasn't a good year and I made some mistakes. However I've learned from those mistakes and am in superior condition right now. You can come down to Boone NC in Sept and see me in action at the NPC Mountaineer.

As far as using your products, I actually was using Gamma Oryzanol fromthe company that sponsored me at the time. Obviously it didn't work so you don't have to worry about me using that shit in the bottle you sell.

I'm down with Team Synthetek now and I'm going to shock the hell out of all the haters out there when I get on-stage. I may win my class, I may not...but I won't have another Metrolina moment.

No, I fell asleep and didn't finish carbing up. Woke up 3 hours before the morning show so when I tried to get some in, that's were the shit happenned. It wasn't a good day.

But now I have Synthelator in my arsenal to use. One sh@# an hour before the show and people will be asking me for directions because I'll look like a roapmap.

Its just one of weapons I have along with some other cool shit. When I did the Metrolina, I was only using Vitamin Power Herbal Supplements because I didn't have a choice. Now I have more firepower in my arsenal than the Battlestar Galactica.

In 2004, Caliber Fitness was simply a store selling natural herbs and vitamins to regular folks.

Today, its the most hardcore stores on the internet. Anyone who visits my site can't deny me. BB.com, Efitstore, DPS, Netrition....they can't bring the pain. See Gamma-O, it wasn't that Vince couldn't stop eating them, he overslept and didn't eat enough.

I'm sure DC's training and dieting protocols fixed those problems.

I fully expect after a solid showing that Trueprotein may offer Vince a sponsorship. In fact rumour has it that idea is being kicked around by the Trueprotein staff.

Yes and I posted pictures last year doing an abdominal shot and well as some other poses showing that I was lean. Even so, I didn't compete because I wanted to put on some more size. I had to bring up my arms to match my quads.

And even when I do post my pictures and come back cracking heads onstage , those metrolina pictures will never go away. No-one post last years pictures because they are way better than the Metrolina pictures and the haters always show folks in the worst light possible. Even you know that. Your pictures 2 years ago are still around
