Getting back to this thread, its all about how John Napaleon came on here, started trashing Chris Cook, and then continued to lie about numerous issues.

Fact is, he's selling a bum product, his business is close to taking a nosedive in the river, he's ripped off a number of his endorsed athletes, and he's going to get sued bigtime.

Quite frankly, he may be in good shape, he may be a good fighter. But he's still a weasel, folks.

240, are you designing a new 300 dollar website for Gamma-O?

1. I do have poor genetics but you're wrong about me being in shape. Otherwise I couldn't train clients at the gym if I was in bad shape. If you're going to base that off some old bodybuilding pictures then oh well

Every fighter I sponsor likes working with me. I take them all out to dinner and or lunch and always have a personal relationship with all of them. No fighter would ever tell you something bad about me. I also train with them when i am in there home towns.

And my first post said nothing bad about Chris. I am not trying to avoid a law suit by typing on a message board you fucking tool. He has no case. Just like you have no build.

I could wake up on any given day and crush you on stage. They could wheel me out in a bed and I would still win. Let me give you some advice. People laugh at you not with you....that's bad.

This is the last post I will answer from you. No one has sued me. If Chris were going to I'm sure I would have go the papers by now. All my athletes are paid up to date.

Not sure how much simpler I can make it for you.

The fact that you look like DOGSHIT and think you look great just makes it imposable not to make fun of you. I will be at the fight (UFC) next weekend. If a fighter had an issue they know where to find me. And these guys are no joke. Even I would not want one of them after me.

I will post the pictures of all my new athletes when I return.

The fact that you look bad is not the issue, the fact that you had the audacity to get on stage looking like total crap is. Also, I would not say you are a '3rd tier jr competitor'...you are not a competitor at all. In order to be a competitor you must be competitive...which you are not.

Wrong, and actually I have to say I'm a 1st tier Jr Competitor who's going to be competing in the open class after my next show. Its 2006 and I'm bigger and badder than ever. Also I want to say I always feel bad for the guys that really dial in to a show and then a Vince shows up. Now that out of shape tool is in all the group pictures and people think anyone can be a bodybuilder. It's just bad for the sport.

Vince, you're not exactly the authority on legal matters here. When King threatened to sue me, we had many lawyers chime in and make it abundantly clear that creative license on a drug-using public figure, (one who involves himself in the arguments and makes threats) one year expired from the statute of limitations is hardly a case with any merit.

You spent quite some time talking about how King had a really strong case, and you really made it look like you had no understanding of how the legal system works.

You know... this is exactly what Rick Collins spoke about- using message boards to make negative statements about competitors. John is a competitor of your, and you just said:

Can some of the neutral, unbiased educated ppl in this area chime in with whether or not VVince has outright committed libel against a competitor bu making those statements?

Of course, however some people had supplement agreements with me. They basically got all the supplements they needed for their shows in return for name and picture use.

As I've mentioned before, I'm not going to pay any athletes to endorse my company until I come out with my line of products

You can't sue people for having opinions as well as stating fact. Or perhaps you need to read Chris Cook's interview again, or maybe listen to what Steve Blechman had to say about the situation and called out Gamma-O for what was said. Or perhaps review all the studies on Gamma Oryzanol that says its junk.

There's no libel and no case whatsever, here's why

Tons of studies prove that Gamma Oryzanol doesn't work. Its also an opinion of mine that he's selling a bum product based upon those studies

Based off the information of a former employee...non other than Chris Cook. And I believe everything he's saying is true
