I'm from the uk too and use lean steak mince as one of my principle red meat sources. With it you can do chilli, bolognese and make your own burgers and grill them. Godd stuff.
So far today ive eaten:
7.00am - 100g oats, 250ml skimmed milk, 30g protein powder, tablespoon of natural yogurt
11.00am - protein bar (25g)
1.30pm - protein bar (25g)
4.30pm - 30g protein powder, 30g pure honey
6.00pm - 250g of chicken fillet, brown rice
Poor day. Lack of preparation meant i had to rely on protein bars when i was out, normally it'd be a tuna salad or chicken and rice.
Evening meal is typically half of pound of some lean red meat.
