When for Zinc????

  Normally my last meal is a whey shake with skim milk. If I want to take a zinc supp. as well and not change my shake how should I work it. I know you aren't supposed to take the zinc with calcium. Should I take it an hour before bed then have my shake, or will it still screw things up??

  Let's say you go to bed at 11pm...

 Have your shake at 10:15pm or so...slug it down and flip through channels, watch Leno or something take that one last right before bed-time piss then go back into the kitchen and take 30mg of zinc w/ magnesium at 250mg and 10-20mg b-6.

 Or do the same and just take a ZMA formula instead of plain zinc alone. Drink it down w/ 8oz of water...if you wake up tp pee in the middle of th enight like I always have to...have another shake ready for you in the fridge. Hope this helps...
