When you have ANY alcohol in your system, the liver IS predisposedto dealing with that and *basically* puts other far more importantmetabolic priorities on hold until the poison IS dealt with (degraded).ESPECIALLY, with the more liver toxic (anabolic) agents - WTF?!only compounding one issues unwisely . . . Body remodeling another story all together another factor . . .alcohol IS one of very few things that WILL put a roll around mymidsection, another consideration IS fat mobilization.
okay one more questioin my bodyfat is 28 percent im 270 now im on a bulker eating clean and leaning out i was 35 percent before the cycle now if i keep calories high and eat clean and do lots of cardio can i burn fat that is the question i have . thanks to all who respond.
Fat loss = calories in < calories burned
so eat less and burn more calories is the only way to burn fat okay i guess all those guys that cleaned up their diet and did alittle bit of cardio and lost weight are pretty stupid hey.and those bodybuildes who take 10000 calories a day and still have low bodyfat is a miracle hey.
there have not been any evidence of loosing gains if your drinking.but yes it is very hard on the liver.
