Just a reminder that we have our very first Welsh Qualifier on July 2nd in Dolman Theatre Newport. Who will be Mr and Miss Wales. (sponsored by Garnell nutrition.) Judging 1pm Evening show 5pm. Tickets £12 all day.

This is a beautiful theatre which will be very atmospheric especially with a lively Welsh audience.

This is also your opportunity to see the greatest natural Bodybuilder in the World guest pose. That alone is worth the ticket price.

See you all in Wales
