I think your in very good shape. Lean, good legs, mostly what everyone else said. It just takes time to put on size, thats all.
I would prioritize your arms, train them twice a week. Biceps after back and Triceps after chest..just some light work, then hit them together on their own day. Also start training your traps man!

True Adonis, and Jezz, gosh, talk about cheap and low class. Nice immature insults. I swear, it doesnt sound like a girl the way Jezz comes out and rips people..i often wonder if TA made her an account he often logs in as to flame folks.
