Now thats a bodybuilder, how can height not be a factor or be seen as a disadvantage, i for one am sick of seeing over muscled dwarfs runnin the sport,if guys who look like that start winning, the sport will be better recieved by the public, muscly dwarfs belong in the circus where theyve always been viewed, not on stage.

I did'nt forget you guys Mike A is just that much faster than me with the clicker. lol  Those are from may 20th and 25th. I think that was 13-14 wks out I was 305lb same as now. I'm alot harder now though, started cardio on monday and bumped up the food here we go...peace

Hey Big Toney, I can't fathom why you have not placed MUCH higher at shows??? The only possible reason is that your body is so well blanced and in ideal proportions, you don't have one body part that stcks out too much and look more classic than freaky despite your mass. Sad how the sport doesn't value an ideal physque.On behalf of the metro ATL bodybuilders, I wish you the best.   Howard

Very impressive from the front.  However, what impresses most is his thick back.  He has an awesome taper and resembles, but does not quite match (yet) Ronnie.  However, his waist is tight and he gives the illusion of an incredible taper.  If he hits peak conditioning (ala Blade), we have a new "Mr. Next."  If he puts on ten or fifteen pounds of serious muscle, he could set a new standard.  Damn, he is one big dude.

How can he NOT be winning competitions???  What is it about earning your dues?  This guy is incredible.  No glaring weaknesses except his lats are kinda high...but DAMN, perfect proportions and he is huge.

He does not come in lean and dry enough.  Just b/c somebody looks good 6-7 weeks out, does not meant they will look good onstage.

If you are looking for constructive criticism I think your glutes and upper legs lag a touch behind your upper body.  If you could bring them up just a bit you would have one of the best physiques out there.

This may be true but it pisses me off every time I hear it said.

FFS, high lats are a genetic trait [weakness] yet critics ALWAYS signal these weaknesses out like they're the athletes fault or something. It's not like these people don't train their backs - or whatever body part that may be a weakness due to genetics - or don't train them any harder than the next guy.

Like brachilius said, Toney's proprtions are damn near perfect and he has size to spare .. . .. . and muscle maturity is still waiting down the track for him! So, can you even begin to imagine .... 

Hang in there Toney, your day will come.
