Very nice overall package.

If you are looking for constructive criticism I think your glutes and upper legs lag a touch behind your upper body. If you could bring them up just a bit you would have one of the best physiques out there.

hes like a mini version of coleman, not much smaller, but smaller with the same porportions. (except the pectear)

No I really don't think so. His placings don't reflect it but we all know placings are just arbitrary bullshit for the most part anyway. IMO he is best combo of size and shape of anyone competing. Aside from a minor asymmetry due to his pec tear, he is flawless. I'm not a jockriding kissass, I look at pro's objectively and that's how I see him.

Ok with Toney he has all the tools to do alot of damage and he will be on the Mr O stage this year.. Only thing i notice about him is when he does his front db biceps pose.. His lats don't pop out enough for a guys his size. His lats look great from the back. Just from the front they need work to hang with Ronnie and Jay. So Toney hit the dumbell pull-overs, u should be using some 250lbs dumbells to get your front lats bigger. I know Ronnie does..

When Toney stood next to ronnie on May 15th - both in the off season - It is the 4th time I EVER saw that look on his face

The other times-
'98 when flex was standing next too him
The GNC show when gunter beat him
The Challenge round - when Badell was picked

It is true - "If " Freeman has any weakness - it is callouts , The Pec - tear is healed and the impovements have been made and he keeps making them.

He has beaten people hands down GNC show 04. and 05 , NY PRO, The Arnold - both 05,06 and the Ironman and of course the San Fran.

Never complained - just went too work , the marks of a true champion

dont be silly. Toney's pectear has held him back, and his lats dont flare well from the front, if he can correct that and nail it dead on he would be really competitive.

what is wrong with everyone saying tony is the same size as ronnie. tony may have a bigger structure but ronnie blows him away in terms of muscularity, their arms and legs aren't even close, along with chest and back, oh ya and delts and hams, wait on everything, except calves. however, i do believe he will do some damage this year and in the future. he has great size and shape, once he nails his conditioning, i mean super shredded he will be the new champ. but that is if......
