If I remember correctly Charles Bronson started acting in movies when he was already in his 30's.

In his later movies he would probably be in his late 40's or 50+? Had a good physique.

Charles Bronson had as superb physique in the 1957 film "The run of the Arrow".

He played the role of an Indian chief and was ripped head to toe with decent mass. Sadly, I can't find any pictures of that film on the net.
