well i think the body can adjust to it, but if you normally sleep like a baby and then all of a sudden have to twice a night it might interupt sleep... on the other hand, jay cutler is up once or twice per night just to have a protein shake...
if you wet yourself in bed and have a waterbed, you can always pretend it broke.
or you could wear diapers.
or you could sleep at the toilet, so you dont have to walk so long and dont lose so much sleep...
