no, but if you live in a major city vouchers can be sent for a pack of water you can pick up at the facility. i should change that post to email me for info on how to acquire free samples of new flavored dasani. blood orange may be our new flavor, with no aspartame.

How do you do it. It drives me crazy to get up 2-3 times a night. It's not that I can't go back to sleep. It's just a pain in the ass constantly getting up. This can't be too healthy.......

i started out with am alarm clock set for every 3 hours (laura would drag my lazy ass outta bed!
now it's natural to get up every 2 hours or so to piss and make a whey protein shake

How far do you guys live from the nearest toilet? It's gotta be quicker and cleaner to use the toilet than try to hit the inside of a Dasani water bottle half asleep. You own outhouses or something?

Can someone help clarify this. Why, do people in their 40's go often to the washroom. I've never heard of that.
