i know these r really old pics but i am still amazed coleman always looked like a monster at any bodyweight

But where do you get the idea that Ronnie Coleman has 25 inch arms?

Wouldn't surprise me if Coleman's arms are 24-25" pumped, which is how they're usually compared.

Aside from the muscle, his shoulder structure is so much wider than those other guys in the pic; huge difference.

i seen ronnie in person and im no expert or anything on measurements but his arms could have been anywhere from 23 to 24 imo,he was also about 300lbs so its beleivable imo.i dont think his arms are over 22 when hes dieted down to his lightest contest weight

Levrone was 248lbs in 1998. Coleman was 249lbs.

Levrone was holding a bit of water at that show. If he came in at 240-242lbs he could have been runner up or even won. Levrone did beat Coleman 5 months earlier that year at the San Francisco pro.

I can believe his arms are 2-3" bigger than Schwarzenegger's, making them around 23" cold.

I doubt ronnie has ever had 25 inch arms in contest shape.

I could see a legit 24 inches at a huge weight of 287 pounds in 2003, but thats it:



because of the high biceps peak and huge posterior triceps head, I could see these arms maybe measuring 24 inches onstage...they are phenominal.

In 2003, Ronnie's arms may have been the best of his career.

If Ronnie's arms are any bigger than 23 inches pumped in contest, I would be extremely surprised.

I know guys who weighs 330 lbs+ and have enormous triceps, powerlifters.

These guys normally usually have arms around 20-21 inches.

So how the fcuk is Ronnie gonna have arms who are 3-4 inches bigger than them?


WITHOUT the fat?

I believe Ronnie or Toney "Spelled with E" Freeman to have the biggest arms today. But they're never gonna be above 23 inches in contest shape.

Which is STILL enormous.
