I'm watching the video, Made in Germany, With Marcus Ruhl, and it's refreshing to see how he trains his chest, one of the best in the business ... only three exercises, only once a week!
And the choice of exercises might surprise you:
He starts with incline, in the smith!
Followed by seated machine presses!
And close it off with cable cross!
He trains very hard though, very intense, he's 295 pounds in the video.
