hey i dont wanna break your balls and don't wanna be enemies or whatever. This is a workout that helped me gain like 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I got it from a book called bottom line bodybuilding. a book you can't find in the stores.

the diet is basically drinking a gallon of watter a day. eating at least a half doze eggs a day. beef every day and the othe food is just lots of good food in general. like stuff you already eat. just eat eat eat. but no junk.

for 2 weeks you do this.

day 1
5 sets to failure of bar dips with feet in front of you

day 2
rest

day 3
4 sets squats 20 reps each

day 4
rest

day 5
1 set close grip pullups
3 sets heavy ass deadlifts

day 6
rest

day 7
rest

Repeat.

What do you guys typicaly do on off days, calorie wise?  Change to more fats less carbs?  Everything the same, minus PW shake?  I have a hard time eating if I havent worked out....the guilt/fat/bloated feeling sucks!

if you're 8% bodyfat why worry? you said you're not trying to cut.
