brake between 2 cycles

please i need some answers:

if i finish 12 weeks cycle, how many weeks i need to wait before i  start  new cycle  ?
 


if i finish 16 weeks cycle ,how many weeks do i need to wait before i start  new cycle  ?

I believe time on should equal time off but alot of good sources say that your time off between cycles should be at "least" half of your time on.

12 weeks on take 10 to 12 weeks off

For me its time on = time off + 1 or 2 weeks [depending on how i'm feeling]. I wish i could stay on all the time though :)

me too I feel better when im on then when im off. maybe it's mental but I dont care i love it.

I was just checking this thread out and I know how long your supposed to take between cycles but what would happen if you didn't take the same amount of time you were on it?  Just curious what happens or what your body goes through...

My general for time off is the total ammount of time the cycle & PCT take. For example if I did a 12 week cycle & my PCT was 4 weeks I'd take 16 weeks off.

1) 12 weeks
2) 16 weeks
