Advil was ONE of many factors that led to Tom's early retitement from Pro BB....and It was a BIG factor. Anyone with any knowledge of anti-inflam meds will tell you that taken in high dosages, they will cause major problems.

No, just the opposite...because TP is extremely intelligent, he though he was smart enough to work around the possible consequences...that he was in control of his actions.

No one take 20 Advil a day because they have a wish to harm their health...they do it because it solves a problem, and allows them to continue on with whatever they wish to do...

Smokers, drinkers, dip, rec drugs, overeaters, etc....are all things that MILLIONS of adults abuse on a daily basis, yet still do it.

Tom's problems weren't from AAS...ironically, it was everything BUT.....

Kidney failure is from use of NSAIDS, duiretics, pain killers, etc...not steroids/ GH.
