beleive me i was.
if i dieted down i probably would have had massive 17 inch guns, my arms were 18.5 at 250.  a lot of the weight was in my legs, i had 31inch quads.  i was a solid 250, not a pro bber 250 though, nothing like that, but i was bigger than most juicers easy.  i am telling the truth.

bullshit.  you can build a a lot of muscle as a natural with the right genetics, of course not at a low body fat but 13-15% bf you can be 240 of solid muscle easy and no lovehandles like that.

I haven't seen a 250lbs natural with a good bf level in my life.

no ,,not possible,, at 20-25% yes you can ,,240 was there from this board if i remember correctly i once read he was there,,yes its possible naturally with 20-25% body fat which is not a nice site,,and usually people who say they are 20-25% are in reality close to 30% and ofcourse obese to the 10th degree,,

your 240 didnt look anything lik ejuicer,,big huge diff ,,you may have had big legs same as fat americans have big calves but they are still fat obese,,what are you a moron? can you see the american guys walking around fat as pigs with huge calves ,,,they are naturals ,,they just have big calves cause they walk on their fat bodies all day long

there is no 200+ at 10% or under natural unless youre over 6 feet and even the over 6 feet are the one with prime built and not many of them around in relashion to the population

Sorry, but there are many many ways to conceal drugs in tests or pass the tests. Armstrong is clealry an expert in this. There are also form of EPO that aren't tested for.

He was caught with EPO a few times but always got out of it through a legal suit or other stuff.

Armstrong is on Test, EPO and god knows what all the time.

So he is a genius at passing tests, he take's synthetic testosterone because he has one ball and a version of EPO that only he knows about and he passed all the tests because he took what exactly? I would love to know, you seem to have a brilliant mind and a wealth of knowledge that us kids would know nothing about.

i am 6 feet tall and was 250-255 on a full stomach at around 15%bf, no lovehandles.  most of the time i was the strongest and biggest guy in the gym, and i was only 17-18 yrs old with 3 years training under my belt.  i used 750mg test e a week and gained absolutely nothing but strength(it was human grade fyi)

look at goudy, he is natural and has a lot of muscle. bigger than most juicers and he is also fairly lean...it all depends on genetics.  you have people like billyguns, 240, etc, but not all are like that.

i told you million times before every inch = 7 pounds on a male you do the math ,,

there is no 240 in good shape naturally NOT EXIST at heigh of 5'10 or anything under 6 feet,,even 6 feet naturally at 15 % will be 220 the best of the best !! trust me you were 20% if you ever been 250 at 18 at 6 feet ,,infact ill go and say you were over 20 % since 18 year olds white boys at 6 feet that are 240 -250 are usually running at 18-25% actualy body fat ,,some of them have the muscle under but the momne tthey truly diet down to 6 % they are back to a misereble 175lb at 6 feet

you may be right, but still the more muscle you have the more pounds of bodyfat you need to get the same bf %. i was tested at 14% with calipers when i was 235.  these weights i am giving is in the afternoon after meals and PWO protein shake and with shoes on, never weighed in the morning so give or take 5lbs maybe a bit more. i probably could have dieted down to 205-210 ripped.

I would agree here. I've been lifting and playing rugby since i was 15. When I was playing in college I was 246lbs (6' tall)..football / linebacker build. No six pack but no gross gut ( i consider gross not being able to see the top line of your pubic hair if you stood up straight and looked down) either and I was 24-26%.

When I leaned out the year after, I had to have a super clean (bland, gross) and 1+ hrs of cardio a day (not including practice / games), 6 days a week (and it took me 10 months) I was 224lbs @ 14%..very low for me. It is damn near IMPOSSIBLE to get low single digit bf % (and keep decent muscle) without "chemical help" (or surgery) for some genetics..me included.

it took you ten months to get down to 14%bf?  there's no way you could have been all that strict with your diet

Ok..maybe strict was a little extreme. I meant College strict (beer not included)...lol

I'd say it was fairly clean...minus most Saturdays. Still, my body is VERY stubborn with it's fat (Irish / Scot / Samoan genetics?). I have to do some extreme shit to get single digits...not worth it to me. But hey, to each his own. It did teach me to respect the work / dedication other put in to get there.

i think the more muscle you have the FATTER you look at the same bf%.

take two gusy at 20%bf. one is muscular 240. one is no muscle 160.    to the general public, the 160lber look like average dude, not fat or not skinnny. but the 240lb guy will look fat to everybody.
