I don't even know what that means to be honest

One in german, only for the pic:

http://www.gsfood.ch/falten-fettmessung-ct-206-2.html

http://www.topendsports.com/testing/tests/skinfolds.htm

Good advice:

description / procedure: Estimation of body fat by skinfold thickness measurement. Measurement can use from 3 to 9 different standard anatomical sites around the body. The right side is usually only measured (for consistency). The tester pinches the skin at the appropriate site to raise a double layer of skin and the underlying adipose tissue, but not the muscle. The calipers are then applied 1 cm below and at right angles to the pinch, and a reading in millimeters (mm) taken two seconds later. The mean of two measurements should be taken. If the two measurements differ greatly, a third should then be done, then the median value taken

.

Bad advice

measuring skinfold1. When using the caliper you gently pinch a skinfold with your thumb and index finger.
2. 1-2 cm aside from your fingers you place the measuring tips of the caliper.
3. Release the caliper and wait 1-2 seconds before you make the reading on the calipers scale.
4. Repeat an additional 2 times at the same spot. Use the average of the 3 readings.

It really cracks me off that some people never seem to get that.

All those 240 lbs natural "bodybuilders" that are fat permabulkers that would look like a stick at a good bf%. (not necessarily talking about Groink here)

Mike Arvilla proved this to all of us (as much as I love the guy!) and he was on gear!!!

he went from a big 270+ to a contest weight of (if I remember correctly) 207 or 206 and he was JUICED.
guys like fat Dave and this guy always fail to realize how much work it takes and how many lbs. you lose getting down to 5% bf there is a formula for it somewhere on the net, I think it's something like 5-6lbs for each percent of BF (depending on height I guess).

BRAVO!! you my friend are getting gh15 special student of the year virtuality award for knowing your shit!

it is 10 pounds for each 2% body fat/water loss,,,yes it is!,, meaining a fella 230lb at 12% will be on stage190-195lb 4-5%  at pre judsging and then boom 200lb at the night show ! after carbing up ,,

ofcourse this is ON HORMONES ,,

no hoemones? youll never seee 4 or 5 % ,,the elite skin tone fellas which are asian may see 5% but will be 6 feet 155-160lb which is just too small

no hormones = no bodybuilding in THIS DAY AND AGE

Actually gentlemen the more fat you lose, the remaining fat will hold more percentage points.  So those numbers would work under very limited conditions.

Losing 15lbs of fat at 20% bf is much different than losing 15lbs of fat at 10% bf, you would lose a greater percentage in the latter.

trus tme on that ,,for 9 out of 10 competitors amatuer and pro no matter what level :

start weigfht 250 end weight 200 always 35-50 lb loss depending on the final bodyfat% ones hold,,the one who actually get to 4% which is absolutely very very hard to get to lose a good 45 50 pounds ,,the ones who can get by with 6 % and many amatuers do lose 35 or sp pounds ,,

that is you start at a decent 10-15 % and not 20 % because if you are truly 20-25% it will be a lot lmore than 50 lb  to step on stage ,,
