I have read and enjoyed many of Ramano's articles. He seems to really hit some good points on the future of female bodybuilding. I agree the sport is now featuring ladies that are too damn freakish except for a very small, insular group. The sad thing is I sincerely respect the female bodybuilders for working so hard to develop muscle size and diet to be ripped, etc. While I respect them as athletes I also don't find it attractive, but, feel that sexual attractiveness is no way to value a sport.
We can argue the drug issue in men's bodybuilding all we want, but when woman start looking like MEN, it just doesn't work and I agree with Ramano on this.I know the drug ssue being ok for men not for females reeks of a dbl standard, but the reality may demand it?? I would love to see the figure/fitness girls without the heels doing bodybuilding poses, that might be ideal?
?
No. It's not double standard Howard.
If males inject male hormones you could protest against that.
And protest against women being on female hormone therapy.
But these "persons" are former females using MALE hormones changing their hormone profile, so they aren't women anymore.
Some of them would probably only need the surgery to complete the gender change.
Don't mix this up with being against the use of AAS. Has very little to do with that.
It's not a natural vs gear debate.
It's about the fact that a woman cannot have a hormone profile similar to a man.
Because then... Then it's a man baby!!!!
