hello everybody.I am new th this forum.I have never lifted weight seriously.All the muscles that i have are made with heavy work.I am a plumber and lift those heavy water heater tanks multiple times every day.I do also a lot of push ups.I can do 200 push ups for under 3 mins.I can also do 500 sit ups easily.I am ia great shape.When i have time i go in the mountains and run for 2 hours non stop.
I'm planning to start going to gym seriously.I know taht my pecs and back are very well developed and my arm are lacking but i'll try to change this.I'm 5'9, 153 lbs.Give me some positive feedback.
