fish (not so much once or twice a week ,compared to once or twice a day before)
some chicken
a lot of snacks,fat free sugar free jello

I'm gonna give you a few suggestions:
Start eating brown rice, veggies and some kind of veggies. Use plenty of spice to make it taste good. Cook or steam the veggies, no biggie. As long as you get veggies in. Buy frozen veggie mixes if you don't feel like prepping it. It's usually affordable.
And don't worry all that much about the sodium at the moment.
But you need to eat natural, whole food. Stop with jello et al. The rice cakes are super high carbs. Cereals? Get rid of that too. Stick with muesli.
And eat huge amounts of food. But don't eat this fcuking junk man.
Filet mignon? Save your money.
Spend some effort in becoming good in preparing the food, you need to cook your own food if you aren't already.
In regards to preparing the food: you need to find different recipes for sauces and shit to make your diet enjoyable.
I am sensing you are feeling like shit right now.
I may be wrong. I hope I am.
Just get your shit together.
Basically, eat lots of carbs in form of brown rice and some protein too, using chicken, different kinds of red meat (ground beef, filets), fish, OLIVE OIL.
AND FOR FCUKS SAKE!!!
Make the food enjoyable by putting on different kinds of low fat sauces, spices and seasoning.
