Help with food at night?!
« on: July 03, 2006, 11:04:23 AM »
I know this sound silly but night time, after dinner is the hardest for me. I have a show in 8 weeks, have lost 40 pounds and I'm around 10% bf. i know there is no reason to fight this but it's always been my hardest time of day.

Any good advice would be helpfull!

Thanks,
SP1

Lately at night I've been eating a bag of frozen broccoli (125 cal, 20g carb, 10g fiber) followed with 2 liters of water.  Seems to keep me full and the fiber is helpful for prventing blood sugar to dip.

Try taking a tablespoon of Flax or Hemp oil right before bed.
