lolol...That is too funny. I actually use the stability ball. For lower abs, one arm cable rows, dumbbell press, stationary lunges, heavy barbbell squatsIt may look stoopid, but it is actually hard to keep your balance and lift weights.Sandra

I'm not a personal fan of the Swiss Balls, though I am not against people using them. But some of the $HIT I see people using them for in the gym seem a little ridiculous. Especially when the use of them encompasses 90% of their workout. Just seems like a more probable source of injury to me Anyone witness any near-death experiences from someone using weights with these things ??
