I believe a natural athlete could bench 460lbs.I benched 500lbs natural at a bodyweight of 245lbs.If you have genetically strong tendons, and bigger bones it can easily be done.I knew a guy who was 215lbs that benched pressed 500 lbs naturally so it can be done.I havent done a cycle since last July for the USA's and I can still bench 500 lbs for 2-3 reps.After 6 months to a year all the gear leaves your body.That guy looks like he about 230 lbs, and I bet he could probably do 480 -maybe even 500 lbs if he really put his mind to it.He has good technique, he didnt arch his back or even bounce the weight off of his chest so it was just raw power
