I already told this sometimes here. There is a guy in my gym that, while not being the person who push more weight on benchpress, he is pound for pound the most strong
The guy has like 5.5 foot (or a little less), and weight more or less 150lbs-160lbs!!!! He is young (23 i think) and lift weights for more or less 5, years...
The guy do 8 CLEAN reps with 350lbs!!! its more than the double of his weight!!!! imagine what would be the weight with just 1 rep max....
Of course, he is short, and his arms are short so the distance he has to move the weight are not that big, but for me this is f*cking incredible the same way. He is very strong on all other lifts for what i know too...
He never juiced, and is easy to see...while having some good structure (and muscles) he is skinny and anyone would say that he is just an commun gym guy, that just train some times in a normal way
