Too many carbs.
i agree.

also....stop taking caffiene or green tea before your cardio........that is taking awaqy all fat burning possibilities, because your body is using the caffine for energy to do the motion...not fat.

I didn't think the body could use caffeine for energy, it just increases metabolism.  Can't only fats, carbs and protein be digested/metabolised?
It hasn't helped...

Too few complex carbs if anything!!! 3 kg in 5-6 weeks is ideal-slow weight loss maintains more muscle.I would keep the caffiene in 8)

Fruit are complex.

Secondly, your body can't use caffeine for energy, lol.   ::)

caffeine has no energy.  You're just making shit up.   Caffeine is a stimulant, which will aid you in burning more calories.

Fat, Carbs and Protein are the only energy sources.

Most fruits are simple carbs, mate.Try oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice for better complex sources.

Caffeine is used to give you a mental kick rather than a physical one ie it has a stimulating effect.

I agree change up some rice for whole or half oats, I Eat Waaay more than what u listed but I have a fast metabolism so that could be why. Also to much Protein Powder not enough real food, there are lots of things that will give u 30g of protein. The powder is to quickly digested and easily converted to fat if not burned right away, plus ur body barley has to work to digest it!

BTW Candidate has become like white noise to me, something thats always there but is irrelevant so u tune it out ;) If he Realizes he knows 0% of BB then we can talk! (U look but do not see, U hear but do not listen)
