dave pulcinella 5 weeks out of masters nats

these are a few pics of my training partner dave pulcinella. they were taken a few weeks ago. he will be onstage in pittsburgh in 2 weeks at he masters nats. hes made alot of progress this year and i wanted to post these shots for y'all to check out. hope these pics come out. im a newbie at this. lol.

His head is too small for his torso. He needs to do more head exercises focusing on building circumference around the medial cerebellum. The Weider Migraine Principle might help him. Otherwise, he looks great.

Yeah. It was a pretty good video. It would be interesting if they made a sequel to that video surrounding his prep for this show.

hey, guys. thanks for all the positive feedback (and in some cases, constructive criticism. lol). slick vic, we are actually in the process of filming a sequel to "raising the bar" that follows up on all the people who were in the first dvd, what they're doing now and my training for the masters Nat's, like you said. my brother actually got back stage access at the masters and we will be filming all the action!! wish me luck!!!

Excellent size, shape, and conditioning.  If you put a gun to my head, my only critique is that the waistline should appear to be smaller.  Tough to do, I know, but if you can’t trim the waistline, increase lat size to give the appearance of a better V taper.  Bigger quads can aid in this as well, though we can’t see the upper quads well in those pix.

Awesome for any age but especially for 42.  :P

How many shredded arms have you seen?

Vascularity is, in part, genetic but in this case I’d take it as a sign of superior conditioning; the path of surface blood vessels can vary widely from person to person.
