I was going through some old MD mags and I reread Paul Dillett's last article where he talked about his steroid use. Now we all know Jurrasic Paul was a genetic freak who could build muscle just by driving to the gym - that's a given. But much speculation has been made about how much he was using until now (June 2005). (Yeah, it's old news - you don't like it, tough tortellini!)
Off the top, Paul wrote that his first cycle occured when he was 20. He started off with one oral tab of Anadrol 50 everyday. After one bottle he gained 20 lbs.
His first injection was Winstrol V. In his first self injection, he shot too low on his buttox and hit his sciatic nerve. He couldnt sit or lie on his back for days. After taht he would only pin his shoulders, calves, and so forth - just nott he behind. Upper-outer, Paul - that's day one stuff

His first stack was Parabolon and Mesteron. He alter added Equipoise, which he said he loved. Each stack was different than the last.
He wrote that at his heaviest he was 320 in the off-season with abs and hard. Even though some were shooting 2500 milligrams of test a week, he wasnt doing anywhere close to that. "Not even the same ball-park."
Some people had accused him off dropping $50k a year. He questioned the point of spending that much for a $10,000 show.
Apparently he never suffered roid rage and was as a constant horn-dog.
He also wrote that when he was off juice, he was completely clean - no d-bol bridging between cycles like some.
Furthermore, his MetRx contract was for $250,000 a year. Who says there's no money in pro bb?
Lastly, he wrote that he doesn't care if people belive him. If anyone has doubts, he suggested asking his former room-mate Lee.
In the final paragraph, he wrote:
"In the next issue, THE WORD will go in depth about anabolics. I'm talking specific contests - yeah, that's right. Pro contest cycles. THE WORD's contest cycles. It;s gonna get heavy up in here, because the truth is coming - BIG TIME. You'll get the scoop on cycles, combinations, milligrams, duration, variety and everything else. "
Unfortunately, this issue was to be his last. After then he was dropped and he moved over to MMI. You really dropped the ball when you let him go, MD. And
that's the Word.
