a sht load 

the ifbb   pro is 1st and the npc for amateur would be 1st  closely followed by nabba   anything after tha ti could careless about no offense to anyone competeing iin those   you work just as hard as anyone competeing in thos sanctions     just don;t et any coverage at all

don't think any of them are true federations, at least at the national level and below.

but as far as bodybuilding organizations, there is the IBFA, IDFA, IFBB, INBA, Musclemania, NABBA, NAC, NGA, NBI, NASF, OCB, SBF, UNBA, USBF, WABBA, WNBF, WPF, and probably a dozen more.

The top three are probably IFBB, NABBA, and WNBF.  WABBA is big in Europe.

Are the IFBB and as of Sept 16, the PDI, the only two Pro federations? 

Are all those other feds all amateur?

WNBF is pro and natural.  Musclemania has a pro class at many of their events.  they pretend to be natural.  NABBA and WABBA have pro classes, but don't pretend to be natural.

ahh gotcha.  Very confusing bunch.  Musclememory would be very friendly to add a nice graphic showing the tiers of each (pro, amateur or both, plus natty/drug, plus regions of the world)
